Oakley Road Ranelagh

 

This project involved the refurbishement of a protected Georgian era town house on Oakley Road, Ranelgh, Dublin 6.

 

The house had been vacant for more than a decade and was in a very poor state of repair.

 

Extensive restoration work was carried out together with the installation of primary services including a complete electrical rewire and the installation of a central heating system for the first time. 

 

A modern bespoke kitchen was inserted into the existing kitchen dining area and the bathroom was revamped.
