This job involved the complete renovation and extension of an existing mid terrace Victorian house, design and construction supervision.

 

The attic was converted to provide an ensuite bedroom and a copper box to the rear extends the original kitchen area.

 

Light from the west is maximised through the inclusion of floor to ceiling windows and doors.

 

The house has achieved a B2 BER rating through extensive upgrading of the insulation and the incorporation of renewable energy sources.
